Coming from the Spencer School of Business in Iowa, Jackie brings to the firm 20 years of experience in the medical field. Jackie is responsible for all the medical and billing records and coding for the firm. Jackie organizes and maintains logs of treatment received, deals with the providers on claims and billing, and coordinates the ordering and compiling of medical and billing records. Jackie’s experience and compassionate demeanor enables her to effectively work with clients throughout their claim process while at the same time helping them through a trying and difficult time. When it becomes necessary to speak with the medical providers, billing entities and insurance companies, because of Jackie’s experience, matters are efficiently and expeditiously resolved.
